In-column protein refolding - 2007/02/10 15:35
Hi
I was wondering if anyone has tried this technique and got some success. I am having lots of my recombinant protein in inclusion body, which is His-Tagged. I am planning to bind this protein in column under denaturing condition and slowly wash with gradient to non-denaturing condition and expecting the protein to refold to native state. Well i am not expecting 100% refolding but atleast if i get 30-40% it will be enough for my purpose. If you have any experience or tips for success please share. Thanks
