We can always put forum under moderator's supervision and at extreme case for post approval before publishing will help in fighting against spam at certain level, on the top of that we can sort out registered user with uoguelph email id in separate group having access to specialised forum category. So like now "HotDeal" category is visible only to registered user only, in same way forum intended to UofG members will be visible to them only. We will need some volunteer moderator too. Once the webteam is formed i would like to discuss with everyone, i will also release some backend priviledge to webteam members so that they can control the site and forum.
