New International Students: How to keep informed - 2007/01/09 18:41
Welcome to the University of Guelph's student community. Do you know that there are lots of things in which you can get involved as an international student? Trips, activities, issues concerning international students and also getting benefits such as free dinners, christmas hampers etc. are few things among them. To keep abreast of these developments, there are several things you should do without failing as soon as you arrive at Guelph.
First thing to do: Meet international student advisor - Mr. Benny H. Quay

Second thing to do: Ask Mr. Quay to add your email to international student list-server (the mailing list).
Next thing to do : Send an email to International Student Association (ISO) at iso@uoguelph.ca and ask them to add you address to their mailing list.
Next thing to do : Join the U of G Student forum Ushout at www.ushout.com. 
In addition to these, there are many clubs in the university which is a part of our life here. Please take initiatives and join them. It will definitely reward you in the long run.
