Protein Extraction from Ecoli - 2007/02/08 09:02
hi
Please suggest what do you use for Ecoli lysis for recombinant protein extraction. I find alone Lysozyne is not sufficient to achieve complete lysis. Looking forward for some easy, quick and complete lysis system without harming the native conformation of protein. I dont want my protein to get denatured during lysis.
Has anyone used B-PER ? Does it denatures protein on lysis ?
