I am a recent grad school graduate looking for a quiet, CLEAN roommate to share a 2 bedroom great quality, very clean and bright condominium. Below are some more details about the place.
Ø 1 Fully furnished bedroom available in a 2 Bedroom executive condominium apartment.
Ø $450/Negotiable - Price include all utilities, cable, high speed internet and parking.
Ø Coin operated Laundry facilities in building.
Ø Well lit and fully furnished big living room, Sunroom, kitchen (with new appliances!), dining room and a 3 piece washroom.
Ø 2 minute walk to buses # 23 and #24 buses.
Ø 5 min walk to no-frills and mall.
Ø No smoking or pets allowed.
Ø Storage for extra items available, except a bicycle.
Ø Looking for either 8 month or 1 year lease starting Sept. 1st, but the room is available to take right away if wanted.
